Made-to-order, special ordered, and not in stock gowns have a delivery time of anywhere from 10 to 24 weeks. The reasons for delivery estimates vary, but some common factors are delays in production schedules on certain styles, fabric availability, delays in shipping, etc. **Also keep in mind it is not uncommon for designers to be delayed 2-4 weeks on estimated delivery dates during December through February due to the holidays and Chinese New Year.

Standard Estimated Delivery Time Schedule
Bridal Gowns: Average delivery 22 weeks.
Bridesmaids: Average delivery 16 weeks.
Flowergirls: Average delivery 16 weeks.
Prom: Average delivery 14 weeks.
Crinolines/slips/hoops/bras ship in approximately 10-14 days from payment receipt
Garment bags ship approximately weekly. If you need faster shipping, please let us know. Pease keep in mind that the times given are estimates and are not guaranteed in any way. For this reason, it is always advised that you order your bridal attire well in advance. By industry standards, you should order your bridal and evening attire at least 6 months in advance. You must also allow enough time for shipping, fittings, alterations, and any unforeseen delays. Inevitably, just like a full service bridal salon, we do experience delays in a small percentage of our transactions. We do everything in our power to keep transactions stress-free for our customers. Please help us to help you by ordering well in advance. ________________________________________ Rush Delivery: Adding "rush delivery" is strongly recommended if your wedding/wear date is within 20 weeks (24 weeks for Pronovias). Rush Delivery takes off approximately 2-4 weeks off the standard delivery time. Please note, as with standard delivery estimates, rush cuts are not guaranteed dates. There are times when a rush cut will arrive in the timeframe of a standard delivery order and we are then asked to refund the rush cut fee. However, what some do not realize is the order would have been even later without a rush cut. Remember, dates are estimates and if a rush runs longer, so are standard deliveries from the manufacturer. NOTE: Rush cut orders may not be cancelled for any reason. Remember, you need to allow enough time for the gown to reach you and for alterations to be done. NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AUTOMATICALLY ADD A RUSH DELIVERY FEE TO ANY ORDER THAT IS WITHIN 20 WEEKS (24 WEEKS FOR PRONOVIAS) FROM THE WEAR DATE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. If you want to add this option to your order, simply send us an email PRIOR to submitting payment and we will add it for you. Please be sure to enter your actual wear date. PROVIDING A FICTITIOUSLY EARLY WEAR DATE WILL NOT MAKE YOUR GOWN ARRIVE ANY SOONER! Processing of your order will be delayed if we need to confirm if your actual wear date is later to ensure there is sufficent lead time. Dates provided without sufficient lead time will result in your order being rejected. Make sure you read the delivery option attached to each item for specific information on each designer. Rest assured, we do everything we can to get your gown in as quickly as possible. ________________________________________ Sizing: Special Occasions attire normally fits smaller than regular street clothing. Please pay careful attention to the measurements given in the size chart. Size charts are standard charts in US sizes provided by each designer for all gowns. As styles can vary greatly, there may be some variability from the size chart. The general recommendation is to order based on your largest matching measurement as it is easier to take a gown in than to let it out. If you are close in size on your measurements, you may wish to consider ordering the next size up, particularly if a designer tends to run small (e.g., Pronovias). We can provide general guidance regarding sizing but can not select the appropriate size for you as we can not verify your measurements. Size selection is your responsibility. We recommend you have your measurements taken by another person before making a purchase. Please also refer to our gown guide for helpful measuring tips. ________________________________________ Colors: Colors on designer websites vary by photos and by monitors. We are unable to verify website photo colors due to these factors. In some cases we may be able to provide guidance, but guidance is our opinion based on how images appear on our monitors and should not be considered a guarantee. We recommend you view an actual swatch of the color you wish to order. Dye lots can result in color variations and are not considered a defect. There can be variability between dye lots for any dress. Manufacturers do not guarantee there will not be variability in dye lots. In the case of bridesmaid gowns, all should be ordered at once to ensure gowns are from the same dye lot. Bridesmaid gowns of different styles but the same color may show variation in color as they are likely cut from a different fabric bolt (i.e., different dye lot). Further, fabric variations between styles can give a different appearance to color. No returns are accepted on dye lot variations except in the case where multiple pieces of a single gown style are ordered at the same time. ________________________________________ Pricing and Price Match: Prices subject to change without notice. If you find the same item somewhere else and the price can be verified, we will review the pricing to see if we can match the price for you. All prices are in USD. As we are not currency experts, we cannot quote prices in other currencies. ________________________________________ Authenticity Guarantee: You are guaranteed to receive a brand new, authentic designer gown as advertised in the title. We do not sell knock-off gowns, store samples or defective gowns. All gowns are ordered directly from the designer advertised, just as you would order from any bridal salon. ________________________________________ Low Price Guarantee: We are a personal buying service with access to a large number of buying opportunities. Some manufacturers/Designers prohibit direct account holders to sell their merchandise over the Internet. For this reason, we act as a liaison between the Internet market and local brick-n-mortar shops. We do not have direct accounts with, nor are we affiiliated or endorsed by, most manufacturers. However, our long standing reputation is proof you can have your dream gown at an affordable price! As we are internet based we can pass cost savings to you. Your item will be ordered directly from the manufacturer through our partner boutique. ________________________________________ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on standard delivery orders for special order wedding gowns ONLY are accepted within 3 days of order without penalty. No cancellations are permitted on standard orders after 3 days. No cancellations are permitted on authorized payment/installment agreements. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR RUSHED ORDERS, GARMENT BAGS, SLIPS OR ANY OTHER ACCESSORIES. All cancellation requests must be made via email. No cancellations will be honored over the phone. Cancellations for orders placed without sufficient lead time as outlined with product descriptions and/or our Polices above are subject to a maximum 4.54% fee on the original purchase and 4.54% on the refund. These fees represent the credit card processing fees we are charged when a purchase and subsequent refund is made and are not refunded to us by the credit card processor. FOR THIS REASON PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING WITHIN THE RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES. An additional minimum cancellation fee of $12.00 will be charged as a processing fee for authorized cancellations. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR RUSHED ORDERS. ________________________________________ Return Policy: Unfortunately, due to the nature of special occasion attire and our low prices, we are unable to accept any returns. However, if you receive your item and it is not what you ordered or we described, we will take the necessary steps to rectify our mistake or you are entitled to a return. We must be notified regarding any issues within 3 days of reeipt of your shipment. No returns or refunds will be authorized after this time. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from us via email. Items returned without prior authortization will be refused and the destroyed by the shipping carrier. ________________________________________ Payment Policy: All payment must be in USD. For international buyers paying with credit cards, Google Checkout or Paypal, your issuer will make the currency conversion for you. We accept the following payment methods: 1. All PayPal payments 2. Please respond or make contact within 3 days. If no contact is made, we will start non-paying bidder procedures. Appropriate feedback will be left for non-responsive buyers. We strive to receive your positive feedback and appreciate seeing your positive comments. Feedback will be automatically returned upon receipt of your positive feedback. We always do our best to ensure our customers' satisfaction. ________________________________________ Shipping and Fees Policy: PLEASE NOTE: Shipping methods have an estimated delivery time once we ship to you. Selecting an Express Mail shipping method, for example, does not expedite the processing time prior to shipping to you. Please refer to our advertisements and the general lead time chart above for processing times. If you need an item more quickly than our standard estimated ship times, please discuss this with us prior to ordering and we will let you know if we can accomodate your request.There are no refunds for postage unless we authorize an order cancellation. A request to change shipping address will not result in a refund of any part of original shipping fees. Gowns are professionally packed in protective plastic and a hard box. Zippered garment bags are available for purchase on our website. U.S. Buyers (Continental U.S.): • Please use the shipping calculator located within each product description to estimate shipping/handling and insurance charges. International Buyers: Yes, we ship worldwide on a regular basis! • Please use the shipping calculator located within each product description to estimate shipping/handling and insurance fees to your destination. Shipping Methods: We normally ship via U.S. Parcel Post, USPS Priority mail or UPS for domestic packages with delivery confirmation. Shipping methods may be altered at our discretion. International packages are shipped via USPS Global Express with tracking information. **Note, some items may give you the option to ship via Global Priority. This method does NOT have tracking. We strongly recommend selecting Express Mail International as the cost difference is minimal but the tracking ability is valuable. Express mail international is required for wedding gowns; please be certain to select this method at checkout. We will require payment of additional postage due to upgrade to this service for wedding gowns prior to shipping if you have not properly selected it at the time of ordering. You will receive notification via email when your package has been shipped. Customs fees and duty taxes may be charged in your country. We are not responsible for these charges. If you choose not to pay these taxes, your package will be destroyed and money paid is non-refundable from us. Please contact your local customs office to find out how they operate. Please feel free to contact us if there is a special procedure you'd like us to follow. Requests for falsification of shipping documents will not be honored. Shipping intransit times are estimates based on carriers' guidelines as shown on their websites. We ship from New York. Intransit times normally do not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs delays. Carrier intransit times are subject to change and may vary by country. Combined Shipping: We are happy to combine shipping for our customers where possible. Not all items can be combined due to weight and/or size. Please make sure to combine your orders through our checkout system. Insurance: We strongly recommend you add shipping insurance to your purchase. We are not responsible for your package once it has been taken by the post office or UPS. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment or if you request we ship to an alternate party or business. Insurance covers loss or damage during shipment. Loss or damage once your package is delivered is covered by homeowner's or renter's insurance. Taxes: There is no sales tax unless we ship to you in New York. ________________________________________ Order Acceptance:We reserve the right to refuse an order if the leadtime is insufficient or for any other reason we deem necessary.
