Hi Julie,
Today I received my gown, and am SO happy with it! It is exactly what I was expecting it to be. I will need to have alterations done but that was going to be the case with almost any gown I could have bought.
To be honest I am still in shock after ordering my dress in mid-April then being given an ETA of 4th August, to then suddenly receiving an email on 27th May to say it was being shipped!
I have to say though that the whole process of ordering my dress through bridalgown.net has been incredibly stress-free (apart from waiting for it once I knew it was being shipped!).

Just wanted you to know that my dress has arrived, and I am very happy, it is perfect just like the one in the store but not with the same price tag, (actually $1200 cheaper). It also arrived in the promised time which I was worried about since I live in Australia. I was heaps happy to see it was exactly the same and not a copy and to receive the papers with it. I had previously advised you that I would be telling everyone how pleased I am with my experience with you so I wanted to attach the email I have sent the girls who emailed me through EBAY to inquire about you. This is the email I give to each person who writes me about you:
Hi and congrats! I had an amazing experience with this seller. I dealt with Julie - she is a doll. I know I sent her 500 emails and she was patient, kind and very accommodating. I did previously try on my gown at a bridal shop, which is why I knew what I wanted to find on line, and I can assure you, the gown I purchased through Bridal net was the exact same gown. It was twice the cost in the bridal shop so I was thrilled when the experience went so well. I was very nervous initially about making such an important purchase on line, since I had limited experience with EBAY, however, Julie definitely helped to alleviate my fears and ultimately I was extremely pleased with the entire experience, and would recommend to anyone to trust Julie at designerbridalbargains. It was the exact gown, with the genuine certificate of authenticity enclosed. It took just over 4 months to arrive after ordering it, which is exactly how long they advised me it would take.
My dress was a Maggie Sottero, Rebecca, and I am in love with it. I also purchased a dress bag from them, which just arrived and I just got quotes from Julie for three bridesmaid dresses, over two hundred total less than in local bridal shops, and two flower girl dresses. Obviously I was very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend this EBAY seller. I hope if you do go with them you are as pleased as I am. I would recommend you go to your local bridal shops before ordering and find a style of dress you feel comfortable in. I chose a completely different style than I expected to after having tried on several different styles. If you find a specific dress that you know you want in a local shop, then there is less chance of you being disappointed in the size, fit or shape. Again, you will love dealing with Julie. I am SO delighted with my dress, and I still love it, everything is perfect. Thank you ever so much for all your help. I know I sent you so many e-mails as I was really worried about ordering from abroad. I appreciate how much time you must spend replying to customer's e-mails! Just to let you know the gown has arrived, very well packed and looking beautiful. The gown is for my daughter, who set her heart on this dress. Mon Cheri no longer makes this style in the UK so I spent ages trawling through the internet before coming across you company. I must admit that I was very nervous about buying from an internet company, however the customer service has been superb and the dress is fantastic, just everything we hoped it would be.
